Appraisal course for new career entrants  As technology continues to develop, the appraiser profession has evolved in line with the modern digital world. At present, appraisal courses can be taught and studied online. Our courses are designed to prepare our participants before venturing in appraisal careers. Our hybrid course separates the curriculum into two parts. The first part is online learning and the second part is by doing field internships with our experienced mentors. When you become an Asean Valuers Standard Appraiser, you may conduct property appraisal both in Thailand and ASEAN countries. Qualifications – experience working with appraisals organizations in the field of appraisals with nationality from one of the following countries; Burma, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam and is ready to work in Thailand. Special conditions – start working with Prospec in Thailand to adapt with the company’s system before being stationed in respective ASEAN countries’ regional offices to take on the operation and management role.

In return, the brokers shall collect detailed information about their local market. Qualifications – an experienced real estate broker willing to accept the term and system of Prospec. Special Conditions – ready to learn and understand the work system. Brokers may have access to Prospec’s database free of charge in return for brokers commitment to provide new found datas.

Job description – thinking of pursuing a real estate broker career? Live in your own local area that you are good at. Work as a real estate independent agent in the area designated provincial district. Qualifications – zero experience in the field, willing to learn, highly disciplined, sales experience is a plus. Job description – management level position in charge of administration of the appraisal teams, with responsibility of ensuring top quality and quantity of work according to professional standards. Qualifications – experienced in valuation with responsible and leadership quality, able to take on pressure to achieve high KPI.(SLA) Special conditions – regular pay with extra incentive income from managing the team if the target performance is reached. Get to travel abroad with the company’s annual trip once a year.
