Prospec Appraisal Company Limited welcomes you to learn and understand our privacy policy as it describes how the company treats and manages our clients’ personal information as we are providing our services, customers’ site visitation or the use of the company’s application. This privacy policy includes various information as passed on from a third party, in other words, personal data which refer to information about an individual which enables that individual to be identified, directly or indirectly but does not include information of the deceased in particular.

1. The company collects your personal information which can be identified both directly and indirectly for the benefit of our client in a reasonable period necessary to provide the service. In the event that you provide information to the company or request services from the company via telephone, electronic mail (email), in order to acquire the quotations of services, make appointment for appraisal services, provide information regarding the appraised property, fill out the form / or providing information for applying for a job or contact via the website applications or any other channels of the company online transactions as well as voluntary in taking surveys, etc.

The company may obtain your personal information from third parties, for example, if you contact the bank or financial institutions or any agency to obtain services, who may refer you to our company as property appraisal consultant. In addition, your personal data may be obtained through other communication channels between the company and you, such as business in the network or real estate agent.

Personal data collected by the company

• The type of personal data the company collects from you will depend on the circumstances of the type of service you request from the company. Your personal data will only be used to make online or offline transactions. Personal information that the company collects directly from you or from a third party is as follows :
• Information about personal identification such as first name, last name, gender, ID card number or other identifiable card numbers
• Contact information such as address, phone number, LINE ID and email address
• Payment information such as billing information, billing and bank account details

The use of personal information

• The company may disclose or transfer your personal information to third parties which may be located within or outside the Kingdom of Thailand. The company will take necessary and appropriate measures or in accordance with regulations and laws for the purposes stated above, to :
• Business partners such as appraisal companies, banks, financial institutions, real estate consultants and or other companies involved in the service and related to services in our business group
• Banks and payment service providers such as credit or debit card companies
• Government agency, regulators and agencies related to professional care and other agencies as permitted or required by law

Company website and mobile applications may be links to third-party websites. If you follow these links, this privacy policy does not apply to third party websites. Please note that the company cannot be held responsible for any use of your personal information by such third parties because it is outside the control of the company, retention of personal information and safety.

Rights of the owner of personal data

However, you do not need to pay any fees in carrying out the above rights. The company will consider and notify the result of your request within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request.
